ThunderClan Camp

[Frost]

Scorchstar traced a circle in the dust with his claw. The walls of the camp seemed forboding, and everytime he took a pawstep away, he wanted to come back. Then he scratched the circle out with his full paw and let out a frustated hiss. He was sitting on Highledge, and the camp was deserted. There was no fresh-kill on the fresh-kill pile and everything had a settled layer of dust, and he growled, "Where is everyone?"

[Swift]

Swiftstar came walking up "Gone. I come here in peace, because now is no time to fight. There are matters to discuss, Scorchfur, or should I say, Scorchstar?"

Burntail looked up from the small mouse he had been eating. The scent of Wind Clan was within the camp. He sat up and padded out of his den, the Wind Clan leader, Swiftstar, standing in the clearing. Burntail stepped out of the shadow. 'Swiftstar." he mewed, dipping his head in greeting. "I hope you come to our camp with good reason."

[Frost]

Scorchstar dipped his head. "What would you like?" He licked his chest fur, hoping he didn't look to depressed. He had been moping about, but now was the time to give it up and become a leader figure. He sat down and wrapped his his tail around his paws.

[Swift]

Swiftstar dipped his head "Yes, Burntail, i do come in good reason." Swiftstar looked up at Scorchstar "We have to rebuild, there are no RiverClan or ShadowClan cats for starters, and there are only four cats in the whole forest, but there is no reason to panic, I say we wait, prey is getting scarce, due to leaf fall, but again, only four cats, so no need to worry. I say wait a couple of moons." Swiftstar said. "You look like your depressed, why?"

Burntail gazed at Swiftstar, not knowing what to make of Swiftstar's idea. He thought for a moment. "I'm not the one to make the decision," he mewed quietly. "But I do not think it's the best idea." he mewed louder. "There have always been four Clans in the forest." he turned to Scorchstar. "But, it's not my choise what we do."

[Swift]

Swiftstars ears twitched "Of course, but what are we to do? with only four cats..." Swiftstars voice trailed off. He looked to one side and closed his eyes.

[Swift]

Swiftdtsr looked up again "Well, Burntail, as a leader I am open to suggestions." Swiftstar said. He then turned to Burntail. "What do you think?"

Burntail twitched his whiskers, unsure of what to do. Suddenly a strange but familiar scent flooded his jaws. He whipped his head around at the camp entrance. "River Clan?!"

Glowingwhisker stood near the Thunder Clan camp entrence. She heard a mew from inside the camp. "River Clan?!" She reconized the mew as Thunder Clan's Medicien Cat, Burntail. She sighed and stepped into the camp.

Burntail almost let his fur bristle as the River Clan cat entered the camp. "Who are you, and why are you in our camp?" he hissed.

Glowingwhisker shrank back in her fur. "I am Glowingwhisker, River Clan warrior!" she mewed softly. "I-... I overheard Swiftstar and I agree! I think until our clans are restored, we should live as one clan!"

[Swift]

What? A RiverClan cat? I cant believe even one of them could have survived! "I will be back, I have to get my medicine cat." Swiftstar dashed off into the forest.

Glowingwhisker looked around the Thunder Clan camp as Swiftstar dashed out of the camp. Her ears burned with embarrasment, but she didn't want the other clans, even with so few members, to think her clan was weak.

[Swift]

Swiftstar came in through the entrance. "Freezepaw should be here soon."

Freezepaw didn't have any idea where she was. She just kept following Swiftstar's scent. Soon the strong scent of Thunder Clan was near her. Her nose twitched and she entered what was probably the camp entrence. The scent of River Clan, Wind Clan, and Thunder Clan mingled in the area. "Swiftstar!" she called. A pale she-cat and a orange tom sat near her leader.

Glowingwhisker looked at the apprentice in surprise. That must be the Freezepaw Swiftstar mentioned.... she thought. She looked at her paws. Oh... this was a bad idea, coming here....

Burntail bristled his fur at the apprentice, but calmed down once he saw the apprentice. "Freezepaw, medicien cat apprentice of Wind Clan?" he asked clamly.

[Swift]

"Well, Freezepaw, I see you found you way to ThunderClan camp, I must ask you, should the cats become one Clan, or stay four knowing there are none of the ShadowClan cats alive?" Swiftstar asked calmly, he had to maintain control.

Freezepaw sat, staring at her leader. The future of the clans seemed to be on her shoulders. She thought, and she looked down at her paws. "I think... we should join together..." she mewed.

Burntail's tail shot up at the apprentice's reply. He turned to Swiftstar. "But there have always been four clans! And your really going to let a apprentice decide the fate of the clans?" he hissed, half to himself.

Glowingwhisker perked up, her eyes wide. She stared for a moment at Burntail. She shook her head. She had almost thought... No... She looked at Scorchstar and then Swiftstar. "So we are really going to join together?" she asked, hopefully.

[Frost]

Scorchstar nodded. "That is a wise decision, Swiftstar. But the lines between the clans must not be blurred too much - there was always four clans, and their always have to be. Perhaps our medicine cats will seek guidance from StarClan?" He said, with a meaningful glance at Burntail.

Scorchstar looked less depressed as he gazed at Glowingwhisker.
