Morningstar sat in the camp, staring at her paws. She remembered her leader ceremony well, as it had only happened a few days before. She had been named Morning, as her mother had named her so long ago. She had been exploring a rocky area, and found an opening in the stone. When she had gone into the darkness of it, she soon found herself in a glowing cave, with a stone 3 tail length's high in the center. When she went to sleep she was surrounded by glittery furred cats. They explained about life of a Clan, and that they where Star Clan. Nine cats she had known in her life, including her mother had given her nine lifes, and Star Clan named her Morningstar, leader of one of the clans, Shadow Clan, and telling her about Shadow Clan, the territory, they told her about the warrior code, and about Thunder Clan, Wind Clan, and River Clan. Now she was alone in her clan's camp.

Ember looked around. It was a nice sunny day, and he decided he should sleep. At first his dream was pitch black, but then he saw a light. He waled toward it and emerged in a clearing where a she-cat in a well protected area that might of acted as a camp. She seemed to stare at her paws. Suddenly a voice said," This is Morningstar. Leader of Shadowclan. Starclan has decided to make you Medicine Cat of this clan. Search out Morningstar, and she'll tell you about clan life. Don't worry she'll accept you." With that the voice left, and Ember woke up. "I've got to find Moringstar," said Ember to himself. Looking around he saw a tunnel and followed it. Suddenly he was in Shadowclan's camp. Just like in his dream Moringstar was staring at her paws. "Um..Hello?" said Ember.

Morningstar flicked her ears and looked up. A tom was standing at the camp entrence. "Who are you?" she mewed. She wasn't going to bother trying to chase him off. No territory to defend, and he didn't seem like a threat.

Ember stopped and thought for a moment. If I am to be accepted I need a clan name. Quickly he thought of one that he really liked and stepped forward. "I am Emberheart. Don't worry Morningstar. I am not here to cause trouble. Starclan has asked me join Shadowclan as their Medicine Cat. I need your acceptance first though," said the newly named Emberheart.

Morningstar widened her eyes at the stranger. A medicien cat? "Of course you can be a member!" she mewed
