Freezepaw looked through the pile of herbs. The only really low stock was honey and watermint.

Silverwing wandered through the forest, jumping at every rustle. She was a rouge, a former Windclan medicine cat and had become jumpy and distrusted nearly everyone. With her ears flattened she followed faint scents of Windclan. She went over herbs in her head and twisted around to lick her scraggly body, nearly everybone showing. Then she got up and looked for a suitable place to spend the night - she was usually too nervous to sleep.

Freezepaw looked up. Through the strong scent of herbs, a familiar scent drifted into the den. She perked her ears, excitement keeping her stomach in a knot. She burst out of the medicien den and dashed out of camp, chasing after the scent, keeping it within her range. She soon saw a ragged silver she-cat resting below her. She skidded to a halt, her paws causing rocks to shower below behind the she-cat.

Silverwing whipped around, hissing, and growled "And who might you be?" Her ears were pricked and her tail was up slightly.

Freezepaw froze, staring at the she-cat below her. She shook herself slightly, and lept down to face the cat. "Freezepaw, Wind Clan medicien cat apprentice." she mewed, her voice trembling.

Silverwing sat down and let out a gravelly mr-oww of laughter. "WindClan has another.....medicine cat, already? How can an apprentice teach oneself?"

Frostpaw lowered her tail and ears. "W-... well I have managed to figure out a few easy herbs on my own..." she mewed softly.

Silverwing stood up. "And for that, I congratulate you. I apologize for not introducing myself sooner. I am Silverwing, Windclan's former medicine cat. Is Windclan, by any chance, thriving?" Not waiting for an answer, she proclaimed, " There is a lot to do. Show you some more herbs, organize the medicine den and so on. I don't thing I remember the way to the camp very well."

Frostpaw looked up at the former Medicien cat. She padded slowly back in the camps direction. "Well... about the clan... it's only me and Swiftstar right now..." she told Silverwing.

occ:im deputy now, but im a loner. you guys except me into the clan and im made deputy. the last part of my name is fire though Swiftstar gives me that
Fox looked around. He could easily see a bush where he could spend the night. He scented one of his friends and decided he should go see if she found a place to sleep. Soon though he scented another cat. Puzzled he picked up speed and saw his friend down below talking to another cat. "Hey Silverwing who are you talking to?" he asked.

Freezepaw whipped around, hissing. How many loners are in Wind Clan territory?! She relaxed slightly when she relized the loner was speaking to Sliverwing. She turned her head slightly to the medicien cat. "You know the loner?" she asked slowly. "Who is he?"

"Hi Fire. This is Freezepaw, of the Windclan they're trying to pull together. I am going to teach her the herbs she needs to learn to be a medicine cat." Silverwing flicked her tail impatiently.

Fox's ears pricked up in interest. He looked at the cat Silverwing called Freezepaw. "I think I've seen you before," Fox started," I saw you picking leaves off the ground. You seemed to study them for a while. Well anyways if you need help pulling up I'd be glad to be of your assistance. I'm great at hunting. especially rabbits. Beside you'll need all the freshkil you can get. If that is OK with you?"

Freezepaw flicked her tail. "Well, I may be a medicien cat but I can hunt to." she mewed. "But help is always welcome." she glanced around the camp. She remembered the untidy warriors den and stared at her paws. "Uhh... your den...if you become a clan member... would be over there," she pointed at the den with her tail. "But with no warriors, I haven't bothered keeping it clean." her ears burned with embarrasment. "I'll do that now." she mewed, padding to the warriors den to put in fresh nests.
